An Adventist World Radio listener in Asia wrote, “The Lord is like light to me in this dark world.” Plan now to thoughtfully support AWR’s annual offering on March 10, so the voice of hope can continue to be heard in more than 100 languages around the world.

Prayer Meeting will be this Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at 7pm. Come join us for “The Din of Earthly Rumblings” from the story of 1 Samuel 17:32-54.

2018 Leaders & Coordinators:  Please submit all information for the 2nd Quarter, (Apr–Jun) 2018 schedule by Thursday Mar 8, 2018 to Marilyn Wiebe at 306- 652-0927 or m.hwiebe@sasktel.net.  For Sabbaths you know you’ll be away–please contact the coordinator of that duty to avoid being scheduled in error.

Church Breakfast will be Mar 11, 2018 at 8:30am Grainfields on Circle.

The Bridge Fellowship Centre is a non-denominational Christian faith ministry whose goal is to bring the love of Jesus Christ to the inner city. Every Tuesday, at 6pm, they have a Men's Night featuring a meal, discussion, and prayer. On Tuesday, March 13th, Living Hope Church will be taking a turn providing, and serving, the meal. If you are interested in helping out either by cooking a dish, or being part of the group that attends on Tuesday, please contact Wendy Gareau for more information.

Come join us for a day of skiing or snowboarding at Table Mountain! We will head out for a day of snow fun March 18th. If watching (and being warm!) appeals to you more, you are welcome to come along and play games in the cozy chalet. Equipment rentals and lift tickets will be your own expense. If you need a ride please contact Teresa or Clint Wahl.

Men’s Retreat!  R by this Monday (Mar 5) for the SK Men’s Ministry Retreat on March 9-10 in Saskatoon. Pastor Mark Witas will lead a weekend focused on “Imitating God”. Learn more at mansaskadventist.ca or 306-244-9700.

MAN-SASK YOUTH RALLY in Saskatoon Mar 16-18, 2018.  Pastor Todd Casey from Alabama will speak about how YOU BELONG in the church and in carrying out God’s mission. Register online today at mansaskyouth.org.

Agape Feast:  Mar 30 will be our annual Agape Feast beginning with a light supper followed by the Remembrance of the Lord's Supper. Our numbers have been growing every year and we look forward to seeing you there to celebrate with us. The Agape Feast will be in the Gymnasium of our Church School on 2228 Herman Avenue. Spirit of Prophesy gives counsel on the necessity to attend the Communion service: "None should exclude themselves from the Communion because some who are unworthy may be present. Every disciple is called upon to participate publicly, and thus bear witness that he accepts Christ as a personal Saviour. It is at these, His own appointments, that Christ meets His people, and energizes them by His presence. Hearts and hands that are unworthy may even administer the ordinance, yet Christ is there to minister to His children. All who come with their faith fixed upon Him will be greatly blessed. All who neglect these seasons of divine privilege will suffer loss. Of them it may appropriately be said, ‘Ye are not all clean.’ ” DA 656
